Jimmy's on Main is good too! I forget their name but there's a nice brunch in Nyack too (with a patio and/or upstairs) City Line Diner? YUCK (my opinion!) especially for brunch!
I think you have to stay in touch with your town's Patch on a regular basis and submit ideas.... like an unpaid reporter.
