White Plains office complex leases over 23,600 square feet to new tenants 

Three prestigious law firms – including Cabanillas & Associates, P.C., Fentin and Goldman, LLP, and the Law Offices of Joseph R. Miano – have leased over 23,600 square feet of space at 120 Bloomingdale Road in White Plains, the 145,000-square-foot office complex and former Nestlé headquarters acquired by Faros Properties and Caspi Development in late 2012. Sitting on six acres and standing four stories high, 120 Bloomingdale Road is undergoing the final phase of extensive renovations that will outfit the property with an elegant lobby, ultramodern conference room, state-of-the-art gym space, upscale café, private terraces and more. With attractive rents and the ability to lease window space for private offices without excessive interior square footage, the property is highly appealing to law firms. 

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s  Executive Managing Director Gregory V. Frisoli and Senior Managing Director Lawrence (Larry) A. Ruggieri serve as leasing agents. Cabanillas is a full-service law firm specializing in real estate foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, and immigration, and is dedicated to investing in the local community by supporting those who need assistance most. The entire staff speaks fluent Spanish.
