Cookie Shop Opens at The Arcade in Rye

A new cookie shop has opened a storefront at The Arcade in Rye, at 15 Purchase St.

Those behind the shop—The 4:00 Cookie—are hoping to take advantage of people’s afternoon cravings without spiking blood-sugar levels, according to a press release.

The cookies (see a list of flavors below) are less than 200 calories and use “whole grains, oats, flax, nuts, fruit, bittersweet chocolate and coconut sugar, all low-to-medium on the glycemic index.”
