Three Part Weight Loss Seminar

Now is the time to try and lose that weight and get fit.

The Rye Free Reading Room will be having a three part series on Weight Loss given by Dr. Kurt Waples of Larchmont Wellness. The first part will be on Saturday, January 25th at 11 am.

 

Dr. Waples will be explaining how a person’s body fat is regulated by their hormones, and how correcting their hormone balance can help lost the extra pounds.

 

The second part of this series will be on Saturday, February 8th at 11 am and Dr. Waples will discuss nutrition. Dr. Waples will show why nutrients are key to weight loss and what to do to get the ones that are best for your body composition. The final part of the series will be in March and will discuss how exercise is another component to lose weight.

 

Dr. Kurt Waples is a chiropractor, kinesiologist, and nutrition expert.
