Rye High School Graduate Earns Top Honors
Rye resident Garrett Chapman was not only an honor student at Rye High School, but is achieving honors in his post high school studies.
Garrett Chapman, a Rye resident recently received academic honors by making the Dean’s List for the Fall 2013 Semester at The University of Richmond.
Chapman is a sophomore studying in Richmond’s Robins School of Business. He graduated from Rye High School in 2011, where he was on the Honor Roll each year and was named Rye High School Scholar and AP Scholar with Distinction.

Chapman played lacrosse and football for RHS, where he received three varsity letters for lacrosse and football. He was named Hudson Valley Scholar Athlete for lacrosse and also received the Rye Football Association Scholarship Award.
