Exhibits At Jay Heritage Center

There is a great piece of history right here in your very own backyard. The Jay Heritage Center is a National Historic Landmark, located here in Rye, NY.


Now that Christmas is coming and the kids are off from school, why not take them over to the Jay Heritage Center to look at some historic landmarks nestled here in Rye, NY?

 

The Jay Heritage Center is located at 210 Boston Post Road.

The Jay Heritage Center’s visitor’s center at the 1907 Van Norden Carriage House will be open on Thursday, December 26 from 10am-5pm.

Currently, there are two exhibits on display at the Carriage House,  "The Design of Providence" and "Home Green Home - A Sustainable Dollhouse."

 

Admission to the Carriage House is Free.

To arrange a tour of the 1838 Jay Mansion on a weekday please call (914) 698-9275 at least 24 hours in advance to make your appointment.

 

Tours of the Jay House are $7.00 for adults, $5.00 for seniors/students, and free for children up to age 12 and Jay Heritage Center members and their guests.
