I'm A Cultural Jew-Shabbat Dinner

Many people don't go to temple because they feel that they are not that religious. It's not about religion at Congregation Emanu-El of Westchester, it's about culture.

Congregation Emanu-El of Westchester ‘s Shabbat Dinner presents to the community that you don’t have to be that religious, but that you can be a cultural Jew.

When people hear the word, “Jewish” and they immediate associate it with some of the cultural foods that Jewish people enjoy. Some of these foods include: matzoh ball soup, bagels, lox, kugel, blintzes, latkes and brisket.
