Here it is.  Hope you like BAD taxes 'cause here's where the Rye City School Board imposes a 3% Utility Tax.

Public Hearing on Utility Tax Followed By Special Meeting

The Rye City School District Board of Education will conduct a Public Hearing on the Utility Tax on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 from 8:00-9:00 p.m in the Rye Middle School Multipurpose Room. Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend this Public Hearing and to speak at designated times.

At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the Rye City School District Board of Education will conduct a Special Meeting for a resolution on the Utility Tax.
