Help raise awareness about teen domestic abuse by walking in memory of Elizabeth Butler, a local victim of dating violence. The mission of the foundation is to inspire young women and men to understand their self-worth, teach the warning signs of domestic violence, and empower teens to seek help to prevent dating abuse.
The day’s activities include an interactive safety demonstration by Tiger Schulmann?s Mixed Martial Arts, BBQ, music & more. The first 200 participants will receive free T-shirts.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.; walk begins at 9:00 a.m. North Salem Lion's Club, One Titicus Road, North Salem.
