VIDEO: Blind Brook Middle Schoolers Mob Port Chester Stop & Shop
100 Blind Brook Middle Schoolers raised money for the Carver Center Food Pantry.
Sunday afternoon at the Port Chester Super Stop & Shop wasn't just crowded, it was mobbed.
Flash mobbed that is, by 100 Blind Brook middle schoolers intent on getting attention for the Carver Center food pantry. Cereal-shaking cheers and syncopated dance moves from the kids definitely got the right result. Stop & Shop donated $1500 to the "I Scream for Breakfast" campaign making it possible for the Carver Center to serve healthy breakfasts to deserving children in need.
