Rye Brook Police Chief Gregory Austin auspiciously opened the last meeting of the Rye Brook Village Board with the announcement of the promotion of Police Officer Ryan Gilchrist who will be promoted to Detective and warmly welcomed four new officers to the department: Paul Damore, Christopher Ruhe, David Cryeski and Aaron Weiss.
Mayor Joan Feinstein offered each a warm handshake and welcome on behalf of the Board of Trustees.
