From Rye Police Department:

Please be aware that the City of Rye will be conducting milling and paving operations at the intersection of Locust Avenue and Purchase Street tomorrow night, September, 29, 2011.

Locust Avenue will be closed from Purchase Street to Haviland Lane from 5:00 PM 9/29/11 to 8:00 AM 9/30/11. 

Purchase Street will be closed from Boston Post Road to Smith Street from 7:00 PM 9/29/11 to 8:00 AM 9/30/11. 

Work at both locations may be finished earlier than 8:00 AM 9/30/11. However, if necessary the street will be closed until that time. Also be aware that parking is not permitted and if necessary, cars will be towed. No parking signs have been posted between Smith Street and Boston Post Road on Purchase Street.
